Shipping Information  

 

Items are shipped out within 48 business hours of purchase. Please note, we are closed Sundays.

 

UPS Ground or USPS does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays. Weather conditions and holidays may affect shipping. 

 

 

Return Policy - (returns, canceled orders, damaged glass items, damaged vaporizers)

 

All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in extenuating circumstances, identified at the sole discretion of House Of Glass.

 

Refunds  

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of the receipt of the returned item(s) to House Of Glass. 

 

Order Cancellations  

Orders must be canceled prior to entering the shipping process. Cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee. 

 

Damaged Items  

If an item(s) arrives damaged or broken, the damages must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of the delivery time stamp. Keep all original packaging.

 

Clear Photos of the outside & inside of the box and packaging, all contents of the package, and all damages must be emailed to [email protected] within the 48-hour timeframe. If any items have been used or are not in their original packaging and original condition they cannot be returned. Email the photos, your contact information, and any other necessary information to the listed email address to begin this process.  

 

Damaged items will be exchanged whenever possible, repaired, or refunded at the sole discretion of The House of Glass, thehogia.com. 

 

We will coordinate with you to have the items picked up from your location and sent back to us for insurance purposes. You will not be charged for additional shipping. Again If the item has been used or is not in its original condition, it cannot be returned.

 

For approved, in-stock exchanges, the turnaround time for shipments will be between 7 - 14 business days, dependent upon shipping carriers. 

 

If the replacement or repair of an item is required, this process may take up to 60 business days, dependent upon artists’ availability and shipping carriers. 

 

Damaged Vaporizers or Vaporizer Batteries/Accessories  

Vaporizers, vaporizer products, or accessories cannot be returned or shipped back to House of Glass or thehogia.com. Please communicate directly with the manufacturer of said vaporizer product for their warranty and replacement programs. Manufacturer warranties on vaporizers cannot be serviced by House of Glass or thehogia.com.
