Our Quality Commitment
All of our items are thoroughly inspected 3 times: upon arrival to our shop, before being placed out onto our sales floor or online, and again before being shipped/purchased. This is to ensure that all of our products are in pristine condition when leaving the shop.
Variations in Glass
When purchasing glass items it is important to note that there are organic variations in glass items - meaning, items may vary in appearance/color/weight/dimensions/pattern, etc. from what is visible on the website.

Article 1 - General
- I am over 21 and an adult under the laws of my State and Country. Individuals under 21 may not use or make purchases via Thehogia.com
- I will not use this product for illegal purposes.
- Thehogia.com will not be liable to myself or others should any injuries or damages occur, caused by the purchase or use of products sold from this site.
- I understand that all products on thehogia.com are collectable glass art, and under no circumstances am I purchasing any of these products for use with any illegal substances.

Thehogia.com, House of Glass, its owners, operators, and staff will not be held liable for any illegal activity. Thehogia.com will not be held responsible for any legal recourse, lawyer’s fees, or any other legal cost resulting from the purchase and/or use of any of our products. Any governmental employee, agency, or agent must identify themselves immediately to the operators of Thehogia.com upon entering the corporate offices, corporate spaces, retail stores, or online sites of Thehogia.com. Any governmental employee, agency, or agent must identify themselves immediately when ordering any products from our retail stores or online sites.

This site, Thehogia.com, is owned, maintained, and operated by House of Glass LLC and has been created for your information, education, and communication. This site and all its content, components, text, images, ideas, audio, and designs are copy-written, copyrighted, and copyright by Thehogia.com.

Thehogia.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all of our services or products at any time. Thehogia.com reserves this right for any reason whatsoever without prior notice or liability. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to, requests from law enforcement, breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions, any technical or security issues, any type of fraud (credit card, or false information provided for accounts/purchases), and extended periods of inactivity. Thehogia.com reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Any delays caused by our fraud prevention system may add days to the ordering or shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All proceedings relating to this site, these Terms of Use, any transactions, including the sales of any products using this site, shall be brought solely in the state of Iowa, USA. Shipping Information
Items are shipped out within 48 business hours of purchase. Please note, we are closed Sundays.
UPS Ground or USPS does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays. Weather conditions and holidays may affect shipping.
Return Policy - (returns, canceled orders, damaged glass items, damaged vaporizers)
All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in extenuating circumstances, identified at the sole discretion of House Of Glass.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of the receipt of the returned item(s) to House Of Glass.
Order Cancellations
Orders must be canceled prior to entering the shipping process. Cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee.
Damaged Items
If an item(s) arrives damaged or broken, the damages must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of the delivery time stamp. Keep all original packaging.
Clear Photos of the outside & inside of the box and packaging, all contents of the package, and all damages must be emailed to [email protected] within the 48-hour timeframe. If any items have been used or are not in their original packaging and original condition they cannot be returned. Email the photos, your contact information, and any other necessary information to the listed email address to begin this process.
Damaged items will be exchanged whenever possible, repaired, or refunded at the sole discretion of The House of Glass, thehogia.com.
We will coordinate with you to have the items picked up from your location and sent back to us for insurance purposes. You will not be charged for additional shipping. Again If the item has been used or is not in its original condition, it cannot be returned.
For approved, in-stock exchanges, the turnaround time for shipments will be between 7 - 14 business days, dependent upon shipping carriers.
If the replacement or repair of an item is required, this process may take up to 60 business days, dependent upon artists’ availability and shipping carriers.
Damaged Vaporizers or Vaporizer Batteries/Accessories
Vaporizers, vaporizer products, or accessories cannot be returned or shipped back to House of Glass or thehogia.com. Please communicate directly with the manufacturer of said vaporizer product for their warranty and replacement programs. Manufacturer warranties on vaporizers cannot be serviced by House of Glass or thehogia.com.
